A plain-language baccarat reference

Baccart explains how standard baccarat (Punto Banco) works and what its bets pay.

What you will find here

A payout calculator for a single hand.
A payout chart with worked examples of the Banker commission.
The rules, including card values and the third-card chart.
The odds and house edge for each bet.

What Baccart does not do

Baccart does not rank or recommend casinos, take wagers, predict results, or claim that any system beats the game.

How facts are checked

Rules and odds figures come from the published references on the sources page. Pages show when they were last updated, and where tables differ from the standard game, the page says so.
